Listening first. Planning better. Publishing more than the minimum.
Residents shouldn't have to take a day off work to attend a council meeting, or file a request to learn what a municipal cheque paid for. This campaign is about practical fixes that make our municipality easier to follow, easier to question and better planned for the long term — while making sure our staff have the training, equipment and direction they need to do their jobs well.
